ceremonia recurrente.

(dulcemente te enojas, quieres seguir durmiendo, me dices bruto y tonto,

the totem animal with claws of light, the dark objects together under the bed, the mysterious rhythm of your breath, the shadow that draws your sweat on the nose, the day is imminent. then I straightened up, still churning through the waters of sleep, where were you but you were also other, and when you consult with your mouth and fingers, go around the horizon of your flanks (sweetly get angry, you want to sleep, I say rough and silly, laughing debates will not let you take but it is too late, a skin and jet fire, the figures in the dream) the animal totem at the feet of the fire with their claws and wings of light musk. and then wake up and it's Sunday and February. Julio Cortazar.
